Only registered users of the unalex platform can access the judgements published in the case law collection. Please log in / register on the platform.
The collection of international case law and the collection of legislative texts together form the basic information of the unalex platform. It is not possible to book individual judgments or individual legislative texts separately. The basic fee for the use of the unalex platform is EUR 250 / year. It includes use of the collections of international case law and of legislative texts. The annual basic fee is credited in full against the booking of literature offered on the platform. Users of the platform are thus entitled to an advance of up to EUR 250 per year for their first literature bookings.
Prices are subject to VAT at the rate applicable at the user's place of business for the provision of digital legal information. Only users who use the information offered on the unalex platform for professional purposes are currently authorised to make bookings.
