The unalex commentary is currently not available

The first edition of the commentary on the Brussels I Regulation, published back in 2012, is currently being thoroughly revised. Together with the commentary on today's Brussels Ia Regulation, commentaries on all other EU regulations and international conventions in the field of European civil procedural law are also planned.

In addition, commentaries on the EU regulations and international conventions in the areas of international family law and European conflict of laws are also being prepared.

For the new edition, the unalex commentary technique has been fundamentally revised.
